Tiffini Heilig - CEO & Founder

" I'm a country girl, wanting to help families that are less fortunate"

The Founder and CEO of The Passionate Family Home Foundation, Tiffini Heilig, comes with over 22 years of experience educating youth ranging from 6 weeks to 4 years of age. With a pedagogy of learning through observation, her key to helping children master key development milestones is through the promotion of learning while at play. Certified as a childcare director, Tiffini owns a childcare facility that has flourished since its inception in 2014. Despite the continuous success of her childcare program, Tiffini yearned to dive deeper into her passion for serving more than the child, but the family unit.

In 2021 Tiffini founded the Passionate Family Home Foundation, Inc. : a 501(c)(3) Non-profit organization seeking to serve the family unit by providing financial assistance as families regain their way after hardship. Her life passion - now her foundation's mission - is to encourage and put a smile on families' faces.
